These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by PuckPro Media LLC ("PuckPro Media," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at puckpromedia.com and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
PuckPro Media LLC is a sports videography and media company providing professional game coverage, recruiting media, highlight reels, and player profile services to hockey players, families, teams, and organizations throughout the Northeastern United States and beyond.

Specific deliverables, turnaround times, and coverage details are defined per package and confirmed at the time of booking. We will reach out after purchase to schedule game dates and collect any additional relevant information.
3.1 Season Launch Packages
Season Launch packages are one-time purchases billed in full at checkout via Stripe. Flexible payment plan options may be available — contact us at booking@puckpromedia.com to discuss. If you wish to cancel a Season Launch package before work has begun, please contact us at booking@puckpromedia.com and we will review your request.
3.2 Season Pass Membership
The Season Pass Membership is a recurring monthly subscription at $500/month. Billing begins after your Season Launch is complete. You may cancel at any time with no penalty by contacting us at booking@puckpromedia.com.
3.3 Refund Policy
If we are unable to fulfill your booking due to our error or inability to provide coverage, you are entitled to a full refund or credit toward a future booking at your discretion.
We are not liable for missed coverage due to circumstances outside our control, including weather cancellations, game or tournament cancellations, venue restrictions, or equipment failure beyond our reasonable control. In these cases, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
Refund requests for other reasons are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at booking@puckpromedia.com within 7 days of purchase.
After completing your purchase, a member of the PuckPro Media team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm game dates, locations, and any additional details. While we make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule, coverage is subject to availability of our videographers in your area.
You grant PuckPro Media a non-exclusive license to use footage we produce for our own portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes including social media posts and reel examples. For Minor Athletes, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has consented to such use. You may opt out at any time by contacting us in writing at booking@puckpromedia.com.
By submitting a booking request involving a Minor Athlete, you affirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that athlete and consent to the filming, editing, and distribution of footage as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share personal data of Minor Athletes with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
A parent or legal guardian may request removal of their Minor Athlete's footage from our public-facing materials at any time by contacting us in writing. We will honor reasonable removal requests within 30 days.
Stated turnaround times (e.g., 48 hours, 72 hours, 7 days) represent our standard targets and are not guaranteed deadlines. We will always communicate proactively if a delivery is delayed and will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
You agree not to use our Services for unlawful purposes, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, interfere with the operation of our website or systems, or harass or threaten our staff or contractors.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking and issue a refund if a client engages in abusive or threatening behavior toward our team.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL RESULT IN COLLEGE RECRUITMENT, SCHOLARSHIP OFFERS, ROSTER SPOTS, OR ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME.
Video quality is dependent on rink conditions, lighting, and other environmental factors outside our control. We will always make our best effort to deliver professional-quality footage.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PuckPro Media LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of footage or deliverables, or failure to obtain proper parental consent for Minor Athletes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
